You’ve been the strong one for a long time…

now it’s time to come back home to yourself.

Helping high-achieving, over-performing women, who are stuck in burnout and living in survival mode, learn how to come back home to themselves.

A Different Kind of Support

A woman standing outdoors on a grassy field during daytime, smiling at the camera, with trees and a clear sky in the background.

Many of the women I work with have spent years being the strong one—achieving, holding everything together, and carrying much of the mental and emotional load for the people around them.

Over time, that kind of constant responsibility starts to take a toll. You may feel exhausted, irritable, disconnected from yourself, or stuck in survival mode—wondering why pushing harder isn’t working anymore.

At Coming Home Healing, this is where our work begins.

Instead of trying to fix yourself or do more, we slow things down. We start listening—to your body, your nervous system, to the parts of you that have been overlooked for far too long.

From there, we gently begin shifting the patterns that have kept you stuck in cycles of burnout and over-functioning—so you can start feeling more like yourself again.

At Coming Home Healing, I offer both coaching and therapy services designed to support women experiencing burnout, chronic stress, and nervous system dysregulation.

  • 1:1 coaching packages (6, 12, and longer-term support)

  • Individual therapy for burnout, anxiety, and overwhelm

  • Support with boundaries, emotional regulation, and sustainable healing

What I Offer

Is this for you?

This work might be a good fit for you if you’re a woman who…

• feels exhausted from constantly holding everything together for everyone else

• has spent years being the strong one, the responsible one, the dependable one

• finds herself stuck in cycles of burnout, over-functioning, or people-pleasing

• feels like your nervous system is always on edge or running on empty

• struggles to rest without guilt or to set boundaries without second-guessing yourself

• has reached a point where your body or mind is telling you something needs to change

• knows deep down that the way you've been living isn't sustainable anymore

• longs to feel calmer, clearer, and more connected to yourself again

What this work Is not

This is not about pushing yourself harder, fixing everything overnight, or becoming a completely different person.

Instead, this work is about learning how to regulate and support your nervous system, gently understanding the patterns that shaped you, and creating a life that actually honors your capacity and your truth.

If you’re ready to step out of survival mode and begin reconnecting with yourself, I invite you to explore the coaching and therapy services offered by Coming Home Healing.

Healing begins when you stop abandoning yourself.
