GROUP FACILITATION

1:1 SUPPORT
PRACTICE GROUPS
Loving Conflict relational work is trauma- and nervous system- informed facilitation for navigating conflict, supporting relational health, strengthening collective nervous systems, and building trust. Each set of work is tailored around the goals we set together.
Loving Conflict sessions are facilitated relational repair, not personal or group therapy. Our focus is on transforming conflict and establishing the relational agreements that best serve the relationship as it is transformed.
We offer this work in sets of 4 or 6. One-off sessions may also be arranged.
Before our first group session, we complete at least one 1:1 consult with each person involved, during which we identify the goals and needs of each person in the relational work.
Once those are complete, we send an outline of the collected goals which guide our discussion in the first group session. In that session, each person shares their agreement or edits to the goals and we organize them by priority. All the following group sessions follow the outlined goals for that set.
